James joined the KRAFT Recruitment team in January specialising within the Engineering Sector. He has over 3 years recruiting experience in the Engineering Sector from Renewable & Sustainable Energy, Fire & Security, HVAC and more recently Controls, Automation and Manufacturing. He is interested in all things technical and is enjoying the variety of new interesting candidates and companies he gets to work with.

James comes from a background of Hospitality and then moved into Personal Training (Gym and Fitness is his favourite hobby). He is also an avid Fair-Weather golfer and occasionally gets the ball on the fairways. Cars are his other passion and he is often found looking at cars he can only dream of.

He is a people person and enjoys finding candidates their next step in their careers. He has a friendly approach and likes to keep in contact with Candidates and Clients alike to make sure everything is as described and clients find the best possible fit for their company.
